This 3 years FLP program aims to develop young talents who believe in GSK svalues, hold strong passion and longing for a great career development inPharmaceutical industry. You will have opportunity to work in variety offunctions to learn, to develop and contribute with broader view on China Pharmabusiness. It s also an opportunity tolaunch a leading career with an organisation dedicated to helping people domore, feel better and live longer.

To develop you into the leadership pipeline to meet overall capabilityrequirements from organization, this program is designed as CommercialGeneralist.

Series of 3 rotationsacross the Commercial business including Field Force, Marketing and othercommercial related functions such as Commercial Excellence. After 3-yearrotation, you will be landing in sales function.

1 rotation might be outsidethe Commercial business in Corporate Support Functions such as HR, IT,Communications, and Procurement

Ideal time length perrotation is 1 year (however can be flexed longer or shorter based on projectdeliverables)

Location

Shanghai or Beijing (possibility to rotate in other cities), China

YouWill Need

Bachelor or Master Degree in any discipline while science and medical relatedwould be preferred.

Good command of English language skill both in verbal and written is must

Strong skills in communication and influencing

Be proactive and a team work player

Be mobile with rotational cities

Comply with GSK value
